Depending on your location charts will generally be emailed to you within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. Delivery of your charts is subject to the server status of stockcharts.com, with whom we have a charting subscription, and the status of your ISP as well as ours. In the rare event of server interruption we will send your chart(s) ASAP. Chart(s) will be sent to the email account you provide to PayPal.

Be sure to include detailed request instructions in the box PayPal designates for 'Notes'. Include symbol(s), objectives and time frames. As long as the request is within our scope (please review our service) we will be happy to accommodate. Otherwise we will simply highlight what we see and feel is relevant. Tips to optimize your experience top

Think about timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly) for perspective.

Be sure requested symbols are recognized by stockcharts.com.

Detail your objectives (buy point, sell target, over bought/sold, trend, buy & hold, etc.).

Have a clear understanding of your style; Investor? Trader? Hybrid?

We have our strengths and core competencies, please get to know them before hand. Requests in areas outside our scope will be filled to the best of our ability but we recommend you stay within our core competency.

Finally, we are not mind readers. Do indicate your focus (trend, support, resistance, bullish or bearish patterns, momentum, etc.). Or simply request "tell me what you see" and we will put everything we see and feel is relevant into the chart. Remember that it is important to realize that daily (generally short term), weekly (trend) and monthly (big picture) charts have different purposes and differing conclusions that may be drawn. Try to match the time frame with your objectives.
