NFTRH Subscriber Agreement

NFTRH Newsletter: Notes From the Rabbit Hole ("NFTRH") is our weekly newsletter in which we provide analysis on financial markets. We make every effort to provide accurate and high quality content, but this analysis ultimately represents our opinions and these opinions are provided without warranty or guarantee of any kind.

NFTRH is a subscription service and as a subscriber you agree not to forward or redistribute any of its content without prior written permission of its publisher, Gary Tanashian.

NFTRH subscriptions are available on a monthly renewable basis to give subscribers the option of cancellation each month. Yearly subscription is also available and is not refundable, in full or in part. We offer sample NFTRH issues, which allow a prospective subscriber to get to know our work in NFTRH. If, after such review you are unsure about a yearly commitment, but would still like to subscribe, we encourage the use of the monthly option.

This Agreement gives you, the "Subscriber", certain benefits, rights, and obligations. By proceeding with a subscription and using NFTRH, the "Service" published by Gary Tanashian/biiwii.com ("Biiwii.com"), Subscriber hereby accepts the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Subscriber shall not be entitled to use the Service if Subscriber is unwilling to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the following Terms and Conditions:

The information in the Service is for Subscriber's use only. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Service exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to information received through the Service and all proprietary rights in the information. Reproduction, distribution and transmission of any information obtained from the Service is strictly prohibited, except with written permission from Biiwii.com. Subscriber further agrees not to use or permit anyone to use the information provided through the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

NEITHER BIIWII.COM NOR ANY OF ITS PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE USE OR THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SUCH INFORMATION INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. NEITHER BIIWII.COM NOR ANY OF ITS PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SERVICE, OR FOR DELAYS IN PROVIDING THE INFORMATION OR OMISSIONS THEREIN. NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR OTHER DAMAGES.

Subscriber represents and warrants to Biiwii.com that all statements made by Subscriber in using the Service are true, accurate and correct and that Subscriber has the authority to make such statements. Subscriber shall indemnify and hold Biiwii.com harmless from all liability, damages and expenses resulting from any third party claim arising from any inaccurate, incorrect or untrue statement made by Subscriber in using the Service or Subscriber's use of the Service.

Biiwii.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or modify these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever, without prior notification. Biiwii.com reserves the right to refuse and to terminate Service to any Subscriber at any time without reason.

This Agreement supersedes all other agreements and understandings regarding this subject matter and is governed by Massachusetts and United States law without regard to conflict of laws or provisions thereof.
